Job Description
We currently have an opportunity to join East Suffolk Council's Private Sector Housing Team as a Business Support Project Officer working in our forward thinking and innovative Safe Suffolk Renters Programme which delivers support to Landlords and Tenants in East Suffolk and West Suffolk.
Your role
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the team to deliver their ambitious and complex service, including supporting website updates and enhancements, organising the delivery of our annual landlords conference and other communication events, providing essential back office support to deliver regular, accurate performance reporting, and providing a triaging service to ensure landlords and tenants are supported following the introduction of new laws affecting private renters’ homes.
