Business Quality Assurance Officer

The (ITD Project) Business / Quality Assurance Officer is a member of a product development team whose task is to bridge the gap between an IT team and a business team. The BQA uses data-driven insights to determine the requirements and/or cover the areas that can be improved to increase the delivered business value. He or she shall also be accountable to ensure the deliverable is aligned to the defined business need.

Business / Quality Assurance Officer is expected:

• Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
• Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
• Efficiently produces high-quality, accurate documentation for the most challenging products, features, or sub-systems… readable to both technical and non-technical audiences.
