Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate cross‑functional projects from planning through execution and commercialization
- Drive new product launch activities, including regulatory coordination, launch timelines, packaging, and sales readiness
- Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to ensure timely project delivery
- Support OEM projects, new distributor onboarding, and strategic business development initiatives
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables while ensuring effective communication among stakeholders
- Prepare project reports, presentations, and management updates
- Develop and improve project management processes, SOPs, KPI dashboards, and documentation
