- Facilitate the team in handling system requirements from the Cross Border Ecommerce department in multiple areas (business development, operations, business intelligence, marketing, payment, warehouse and logistics)
- Build up domain expertise to understand business requirements and identify strategic opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and put them into business requirement documents (BRD)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proper product design for Cross Border business needs and conduct necessary testings
- Conduct data analysis and prioritise requirements accordingly
- Provide product solutions and support
- Manage feature rollout closely with business teams
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science or other related technical field
