Job Description
_We’re looking for a_ **_Business Process Senior Associate_** _to join our Insurance Operations team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to process and manage both financial and non‑financial transactions supporting Canadian Group Benefits._
**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Process and analyze transactions in alignment with the Service Level Agreements set with the Business Unit.
+ Attain mastery of Business Unit policies governing the transactions handled.
+ Report all system issues that may affect operational performance.
+ Perform other duties and functions assigned by Operations Management.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Open to fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree
+ Undergraduates may also apply, provided they have at least 2 years of BPO, back‑office, or administrative experience
