Job Description
Responsibilities
- Engage with department stakeholders to understand existing workflows, pain points, and business objectives through interviews, workshops, and process walkthroughs.
- Document current-state (“as-is”) processes and define future-state (“to-be”) processes, capturing requirements clearly and completely, with a strong focus on simplification, standardisation, and automation opportunities
- Identify and assess opportunities for automation, digitalization or AI enablement, and categorising tasks and processes by their suitability for automation, AI assistance, system integration (e.g. with SAP), or remaining manual
- Serve as the primary liaison between business departments and IT, translating business needs into clear functional requirements and ensuring IT-delivered solutions meet user expectations
