Business Process Analyst

Overall Purpose of the Job: The Business Process Analyst is responsiblefor supporting project implementations within the Group IT, which includes: Identifies and documents operational business process in As-Is and To-Be states Identifies and recommends business process improvement opportunities Work in collaboration with the broader IT planning community to ensure oversight and appropriate alignment / prioritisation of IT activities as well as facilitate IT input to Tolls planning and budgeting cycles Support key advisory function for Program Leadership as well as business stakeholders and sponsors of IT investment programs Work in collaboration with the broader Program and IT Programs of work to deliver business outcomes aligned with IT strategy Lead and co-ordinate analysis and tracking activities related to the Future State IT Requirement: At least 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, process optimisation with experience in a complex IT environment Understanding and ...
