Business Platform Engineer

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing platforms such as Zoho One, Microsoft Power BI, SharePoint, and other business systems, while developing dashboards, automations, integrations, and internal applications that improve operational efficiency across the business. Key Responsibilities:

• Business Platforms & Application Management:
  • Own the full lifecycle of internal business platforms, including design, development, customization, implementation, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Configure, customize, and administer platforms such as Zoho One, including workflows, automations, user roles, permissions, modules, and approved integrations.
  • Develop and maintain custom dashboards, reports, extensions, and internal applications to support operational and strategic objectives.
