Job Description
Act as the intermediary between business and IT & Innovation delivery teams;
Fulfil a cross-functional role by engaging and facilitating effective communication flow between business units;
Provide progress and status reporting to all stakeholders; Obtain proficiency in operational systems relevant to projects to a level that assists with problem solving & solution design;
Obtain specialised knowledge of areas within the business with an aim to become a subject matter expert;
Leverage available tools & platforms for enhanced solutioning; Follow the lean project methodology to co-ordinate project activities: Feasibility:
