Qualifications
As a Business Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our business operations and ensuring excellent customer service across the Nordic region. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and maintaining the customer portfolio in SAP in close collaboration with Sales, Customers, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service.
- Optimizing business processes such as campaigns, supply chain activities, product returns, and customer communication while ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Working closely with the Nordic Sales organization and acting as the link between the Nordic business and the Bosch Power Tools headquarters in Leinfelden.
- Serving as a key user and expert in SAP and other business systems.
