Overview

Job Title: Business Operations Data Lead Analyst – Grade: Assistant Vice President. Based in Wrexham, reporting to the Head of Operational Data. This role supports Delta Capita’s global operations across revenue operations, financial reporting, and data management.

Responsibilities

• Revenue Operations & Engagement Management: Support the management of client engagements within the resource management platform (Kimble), ensuring records are accurate, complete, and aligned with contractual documentation.
• Assist with the setup and configuration of new engagements, including validation of key commercial and operational data prior to activation.
• Monitor and resolve data quality issues across engagements, escalating system or process issues to IT and relevant third parties as needed.
• Process revenue adjustments and maintain understanding of the different scenarios in which these are required.
