Job Description
The Role My client is seeking a Business Operations Consultant with FICA experience to attend to day-to-day customer queries and to manage and update the product feature backlog and new enhancements and developments, ensuring business unit readiness to support customers. This is a 6-month contract. Responsibilities Attending to assigned queries in a timely manner. Meeting the set standards and adhering to the SLA’s. Liaising with resolver teams to ensure resolution of customer queries. Adhering to company set customer standards. Communicating adequately with both internal and external stakeholders. Profile Grade 12 1-2 years’ experience in a banking environment. 1-2 years’ experience in ticket management. Experience in FICA will be advantageous. Core competencies, knowledge, and experience: Presenting and communicating information. Problem-solving skills. Project administration. Ticket management. Proactive and driven.
