- Deliver Marketing modules at Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels, and contribute to teaching other business-related subjects where required.
- Serve as Programme Leader and/or Module Leader, ensuring effective academic management and delivery.
- Design, develop, and continuously review curriculum, teaching materials, and assessment strategies.
- Manage assessment processes, including coursework and examination setting, marking, moderation, and result verification.
- Lead and support a team of associate lecturers through induction, classroom observations, and professional development initiatives.
