· Contract Drafting/Reviewing: Draft, review and negotiate various contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with legal standards, Contract Law, and the Case Law to ensure that validity and the enforceability of the drafted/reviewed clauses and provisions in the respective jurisdiction (as the case may be).
