Business Intelligence Specialist

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Specialist with a focus on process automation.
The role is responsible for transforming and preparing data, building reports and reproducible pipelines, and automating repetitive tasks using SQL, Excel, and Python.
This position is NOT a Database Administrator (DBA) role nor a Data Scientist role focused on statistical modeling/ML — the emphasis is on BI, light data engineering, and automation to support business decision-making.
Key responsibilities :Design, develop and maintain efficient SQL queries for data extraction, transformation and loading (ETL) .
Build and maintain reports and dashboards in collaboration with business stakeholders .
Automate data processes and pipelines using Python (ETL scripts, validations, integrations, etc.) .
Clean and prepare data in Excel and relational database environments for analysis and reporting .
Optimize manual processes to reduce time and errors through automation .
