Business Improvement Lead

We are seeking an experienced Business Improvement Lead to play a key role in FMG's Contracts of Insurance Act project . Working across the Mutual, you will undertake detailed impact and gap analysis to determine the changes required to meet legislative obligations under the new Act.

Partnering with stakeholders across FMG, you will assess current‑state processes, identify impacts, and define the business requirements needed to achieve compliance. These requirements will then be provided to delivery squads to support solution design, user story development and the implementation of system changes.

This hands‑on role requires strong business analysis, stakeholder engagement and problem‑solving skills. You will work closely with subject matter experts, Legal, Compliance, Product, Claims, Underwriting, Technology and Communications teams to ensure FMG clearly understands the changes required and is well positioned to meet its obligations under the act.
