Job Description
Overview
Business Growth Partner – Luxe Division. I am the BUSINESS GROWTH PARTNER and I am responsible for supporting the head of activation to develop the go-to-market strategy for the brand and ensuring its execution in partnership with the brand & commercial team. I work closely with the RGM team, commercial team and finance team to influence and monitor sell out and P&L GTN.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring & helping to drive sell-in & sell-out: Reporting and sharing with GM & Brand Marketing team on the performance of sell-out by retailer.
- Collation of regular total brand performance with key drivers/drainers by retailer and channel.
- Own total brand activity calendar ensuring high level of accuracy, anticipate and communicate SO/SI peaks and troughs throughout the year.
- Ensure market share winning plan FY with focus on Q4.
- Attend Brand GAP meetings and propose solutions to close gaps to trend when they appear.
