Job Description
**Overview**
Business Financial Analyst (VOPS-2026-25667):
Bowhead seeks a Business Financial Analyst to provide routine and complex program or financial management support/analyses, including; needs assessments and cost/benefits analyses in an effort to align program/financial needs with business initiatives.
This position does not allow for telecommuting and all work will be performed 100% on-site in Dahlgren, VA.
**Responsibilities**
Essential functions will include:
+ Working with Program Evaluation Review Technique (PERT) charts
+ Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
+ Program Life Cycle Cost Estimates (PLCCEs)
+ Cost Studies (Economic Analyses (EAs), Business Case Analyses (BCAs), Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs), Trade Studies, Cost Realism Analyses and Special Studies)
