We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Business Development Trainer to join our Dubai team. This is a hybrid role that sits at the heart of our growth strategy — combining hands-on business development with structured training and partner enablement.
You will be responsible for expanding our network of Introducing Brokers (IBs), acquiring new retail trading clients, and hitting meaningful deposit targets — all while coaching and upskilling partners to maximize their own performance. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, giving you broad visibility and real influence over outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone who has a background in forex or financial services, understands how IBs and affiliates operate, and has the communication skills to educate, inspire, and convert. Growth within the company is real and recognized — high performers here move quickly.
