Job Summary:

The Business Development Associate is responsible for driving and expanding the market reach of GBF Technical Training Center (TTC) through strategic partnerships, client acquisition initiatives, customized training solutions, and new business opportunities. The role combines partnership management, market research, and stakeholder engagement to strengthen TTC's position as a leading provider of workforce development and technical training programs.

• Develop and execute business development strategies to increase enrollment, and market presence.
• Identify opportunities for customized corporate training, workforce development programs, and industry collaborations.
• Generate and manage a pipeline of corporate accounts and institutional clients.
• Achieve agreed business development and targets.
