Summary NASA is seeking a Business Development Specialist to expert guidance, assistance, oversight, and leadership to the Procurement Officer, Contract Specialists, Procurement Analysts, Technical Officers, as well as internal and external customers at all levels of industry, NASA Headquarters, other NASA Centers, and other Government agencies. Responsibilities Leads complex business development and partnership activities, including opportunity identification, pursuit and capture of partnerships, partnership planning, proposal development, and preparation of partnership products and presentations. Researches and investigates new business opportunities and practices for application to NASA program and mission execution, with the goal of developing business with potential partners and future tenants.
