Business Development Representative
Location: Remote / Home Based (with travel to Watford office 2-3 times per month)
Compensation: Up to £42,000 base + uncapped commission
Employment Type: Full Time | Permanent
The Opportunity
We're looking for ambitious and commercially driven Business Development Representatives to join a growing Demand Generation team. This is a high-impact role focused on building pipeline, sparking conversations, and creating opportunities that drive business growth. You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Service teams to generate and qualify new business opportunities through a mix of inbound and outbound activity.
Ideal candidates have experience in B2B demand generation, business development, or lead generation — particularly within HR, payroll, or enterprise software environments.
