Emerging Markets Political Risk Analysis (EMPRA) is seeking a new Business Manager to join our Mexico City-based team.

Location

Mexico City (remote during the pandemic; will be in‑office after reopening).

Responsibilities

• Directly contribute to the development of EMPRA's client base, product offerings, and the delivery of analysis to clients, building the company's presence in Mexico and abroad.
• Build EMPRA's client base, network of contacts, and strategic partnerships.
• Assist in the development and implementation of communications and marketing strategies across brands, markets, services, and languages.
• Improve clients' experiences by assisting them with their needs and developing new products.
• Track client expectations and ensure they are fulfilled.
