About the role
As EROAD expands globally, we are seeking a BDM to support business outcomes using our technology. The role involves account management of existing customers in our small to mid‑sector and a sales and growth component in your portfolio. Face‑to‑face customer visits will be required from time to time. You will be responsible for initiating calls to SMB customers currently using 2G/3G units to encourage upgrades to 4G, providing detailed information and quotes to facilitate the transition, building and developing strong ongoing relationships within customers’ businesses to influence behaviours and drive change, maintaining a regular call plan to update customers on new products, upselling additional products and plans to increase ARPU, and ensuring you meet new unit g...
