estate projects at our Wadala location. The ideal candidate should have strong sales, negotiation,
and client relationship management skills with experience in the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end sales of commercial real estate projects.
Generate leads through channel partners, brokers, references, and direct client interactions.
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and project presentations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
Coordinate with CRM, legal, and finance teams for smooth closure of deals.
