We are representing our client, a new start-up in Malaysia that operates a Loan-Matching Platform, in their search for a Business Development Manager (Loan Advisory).

Job Responsibilities

• Engage with customers after handover by Customer Relationship Officer and verify the accuracy and completeness of submitted documents
• Identify any missing documentation required by lenders and provide clear guidance to customers for submission
• Assess customer financial profiles to recommend suitable and responsible loan solutions tailored to their needs
• Advise customers on repayment feasibility in line with lenders criteria and individual affordability
• Maintain effective communication with customers
• Schedule and conduct customer meetings to drive loan approvals and close deals
