Job Description
Business Development Manager – Fitout
To join established fitout head contractor delivering Commercial, Education, Agecare & Healthcare projects from $1M–$15M+.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within target sectors
- Manage and grow existing client relationships
- Build and maintain a strong forward pipeline
- Develop and maintain relationships with end users, developers, PMs, architects and consultants
- Position the business early in the project lifecycle
- Drive repeat business and long-term partnerships
- Work closely with Estimating, Preconstruction and Delivery teams
About You
- Experience in Fitout, Commercial Construction, Property or Design
- End-user industry network (SPMs, QS, Architects, Government, Consultancies)
- Proven track record winning commercial projects
- Collaborative and a Go-Getter
