Summary of the role:   
This role is responsible for driving real estate strategy across North Region, covering new store openings, relocations, upsizing, and renovation projects. Key focus areas include site identification, market analysis, lease negotiation, and managing regulatory and contractual processes. The position plays a critical role in expanding the store footprint and enhancing asset performance through strong market intelligence and network building. Responsible for North Indian states. This role will report to Head - Business Development - India 
About the role:  
Identifying relevant properties based on strategic growth plans, conducting market research, and evaluating changing customer and location dynamics. 
Managing regulatory approvals, legal documentation, and contractual transitions for all property-related transactions.
