Business Development Head

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conducts sales activities to achieve sales strategies and objectives.

• Monitors collection of initial modal bills

• Monitors the performance of assigned agents, brokers and direct BDMs and their accounts

• Provides efficient client services by working closely with Group Operations and other support units.

• Facilitating the process of identifying strategies and developing a plan for the achievement of sales objectives

• Enforce and implement the policies and procedures of the company designed to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.

• Monitor implementation of initiatives and provide the support needed to successfully complete it.

• Take the lead in setting the strategies and in developing a plan to deliver expected business results.
