Business Development Executive (Upwork)

Fleekbiz is looking for sales-oriented candidates for our Business Development Executive - Upwork position (Night) .

Responsibilities

• Plan and work on the strategy to achieve monthly targets.

• Respond to incoming requests for information (RFIs), and Requests for proposals (RFPs) In an effective and efficient manner .

• Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular on-call meetings and identify Upsell opportunities.

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer database.

• Attend regular sales stand-ups initiated by leads/managers.

• Update the Customer database on a daily basis using internal CRM.

• Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management on progress and areas for improvement.
