BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (Field Sales)


Key Responsibilities:



- Business Development: Conduct daily market visits, identify upcoming construction/interior projects, generate qualified leads, present business proposals, and negotiate commercial terms.


- Market Expansion: Identify new territories, gather competitor intelligence, create strategic partnerships, and maintain detailed meeting logs.



- Education - MBA, BBA, BBM, BCOM specialized in Sales and Marketing preferred


- 0-2 years’ experience in Business Development, Market Expansion and Revenue & Performance


- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strong networking abilities.
