Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other online channels.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Schedule meetings and follow up with prospects.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain CRM records.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools is preferred.
- Self‑motivated with strong negotiation and time management skills.
- Reliable internet connection and laptop/computer.
