BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (Field Sales)
Key Responsibilities:
• Business Development: Conduct daily market visits, identify upcoming construction/interior projects, generate qualified leads, present business proposals, and negotiate commercial terms.
• Market Expansion: Identify new territories, gather competitor intelligence, create strategic partnerships, and maintain detailed meeting logs.
• Education - MBA, BBA, BBM, BCOM specialized in Sales and Marketing preferred
• 0-2 years’ experience in Business Development, Market Expansion and Revenue & Performance
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and strong networking abilities.
• Ability to work independently in field sales and extensive travel for business meetings.
