Role and Responsibilities: Strategic Business Development: Collaborate with management to develop strategies, identify target markets, and generate leads. Client Engagement and Consulting: Build lasting relationships, understand client needs, and provide tailored solutions. Proposal and Deal Negotiation: Craft compelling proposals and lead successful deal closures. Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed targets with a focus on both recurring and one-time revenue.
