Compensation

A comprehensive total compensation package is offered to the successful candidate, including a competitive base salary of $80,000 to $130,000, a generous commission plan, excellent benefits, a car allowance, employer RRSP contributions, and more.

The compensation range indicated reflects the full scope of the role as currently structured and is provided in accordance with salary transparency requirements. Offers are determined based on relevant experience, demonstrated skills, internal equity, and alignment with the requirements of the position. The top of the range is generally reserved for candidates who fully meet all of the requirements and qualifications outlined in this posting and in the official job description.
