Role Description

Bilyk Financial is looking for a full-time Business Development Associate to support the continued growth of the firm in Edmonton or Vegreville, Alberta. This role is well suited for someone early in their career who is outgoing, organized, curious, and interested in building a long-term career in wealth management.

The Business Development Associate will help identify new opportunities, support prospecting and referral initiatives, conduct market research, assist with presentations and events, and help build relationships with prospective clients and professional partners. The role will also involve working closely with advisors and internal team members to support client growth strategies and improve the firm’s outreach efforts.
