- Build and own the partner pipeline, sourcing indie animation studios, IP holders, creators, and institutional partners across AIGC and emerging formats.
- Drive structured, multi-channel outreach that consistently converts volume into signed deals against clear targets.
- Lead negotiations and grow partnerships into repeat and expanded collaborations.
- Track market trends, competitor moves, and new supply worth pursuing.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Languages, Communications, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
