Business Development & Account Manager

Positron SE (Pty) Ltd is a BBBEE level 2 Recruitment and IT consulting company based in Bryanston. Positron is looking for a Business Development Manager with both a hunter and farmer mentality to grow current accounts and source for new business.
Requirements
5 to 10 years’ experience in Business Development or New Business Sales
Proven experience winning new clients – Non Negotiable
Experience dealing with Banking, Financial Services, and IT clients – Non Negotiable
Expert knowledge of the recruitment and consulting industry – Non Negotiable
Expert knowledge of consulting/contracting/labour broking – Non Negotiable
Strong communication and presentation skills
Confident in business development and relationship building
Target‑driven and self‑motivated
Own Vehicle
Clear criminal and credit record.
