Do you understand minimally invasive surgery and have the ability to convince both surgeons and hospital budget holders on high-impact decisions regarding medical capital equipment purchases? A Medtronic Surgical Robotics Business Developer is responsible for selling the Medtronic Hugo™ Robotic-Assisted Surgery System to a selected list of our existing hospital clients. This requires several talents, including the ability to build a coalition of supporters within each hospital, strong client engagement and problem-solving skills, the energy to persevere through long and complex sales cycles, and a natural eagerness and drive to bring opportunities to closure.
