Business Compliance Officer

• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential compliance issues.
• Develop and implement compliance training programs for staff.
• Prepare reports for management on compliance status and issues.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure a holistic compliance approach.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, Public Administration or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in compliance, legal or regulatory roles
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance, risk management, regulatory requirements in the Philippines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
