Business Center Practice Leader - Technical Director (Greater Sudbury)

Job Overview

The position is a director‑level leader (BCPL) for Business Center (BC) in the Energy & Resources (E&R) sector, based in any E&R office within Eastern Canada. The role requires regular in‑office presence and travel within Eastern Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify opportunities to reinforce and develop a high‑performance culture focused on talent, innovation, productivity, excellence, and business performance.
• Build and develop technical delivery teams across the BC, Delivery Center (DC), Global Delivery Center (GDC), and other E&R sites.
• Lead or assign responsibility for technical project delivery, QAQC, discipline excellence, subject matter expertise, standardization, and best practices.
• Inspire, motivate, and hold the team accountable for the delivery of innovative design solutions.
