We’re looking for a commercially minded Business and Growth Manager to grow and commercialise NRMA’s Corporate Driver Training business into a scalable B2B offering. You’ll lead the commercial growth agenda — building pipeline, converting new opportunities, shaping compelling training propositions and partnering across Sales, Marketing, Product, Digital and Operations to deliver safer, high-quality outcomes for corporate, government and fleet customers.
What You'll Do 
Lead the growth and commercial performance of NRMA’s Corporate Driver Training business, with accountability for pipeline development, revenue growth, conversion and customer retention. 
Build and manage a strong B2B sales pipeline across corporate fleet, government, procurement and member ecosystem channels.
