Business Analyst - Workforce Management

About You

• Extensive practical delivery experience as a Senior Business Analyst on complex programs.

• Demonstrated history supporting RFT activities, solution evaluation, and formal procurement processes.

• Desirable experience with workforce management implementations (including demand forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, or timesheets).

• Exposure to data-related initiatives with a conceptual understanding of data architecture, governance, or integration.

• Outstanding communication skills with a record of driving alignment and fostering positive, cooperative team environments.
