In this role you will:
Lead end‑to‑end business analysis activities for modernization initiatives, from problem framing through to solution validationProduce high‑quality artifacts such as business requirements, process maps, current/future state workflows, user‑journey maps, and acceptance criteriaFacilitate conversations with business partners to understand needs, identify gaps, and recommend solutions aligned to business outcomesWrite clear, concise, and testable user stories; support backlog grooming and story refinement sessions with engineering and QA teamsEnsure business requirements are clearly understood and traceable through development and testingAct as a core contributor within the Agile team, participating in ceremonies such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectivesCollaborate with Product Owners to prioritize work based on value...
