Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Senior Business Analyst to join a large-scale retail transformation programme focused on Supply Chain Forecasting and Replenishment .

The successful candidate will play a key role throughout the project lifecycle, from discovery and business case development through to solution delivery, testing, implementation and business support. This role requires a strong Business Analyst who can engage effectively with business and technical stakeholders while translating complex business requirements into practical technology solutions.

Experience within retail supply chain environments is essential, with exposure to forecasting, replenishment and inventory optimisation initiatives. Experience working with AI-enabled forecasting platforms such as Relex or similar solutions will be highly advantageous.
