Responsibilities
- Elicit citizen/business needs through service journeys and develop business cases via rapid prototyping.
- Develop user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria, building prototypes to validate requirements and measure value.
- Evaluate and recommend technologies (including AI tools), aligning with company’s technology directions and central solutions, through hands‑on experimentation.
- Identify and adopt appropriate development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) for various environments.
- Ensure system readiness for deployment and analyze the impact of changes.
- Assist the CIO in identifying digital transformation opportunities.
- Define product vision, roadmap, and objectives aligned with business strategy.
