Business Analyst - Senior

Pay Rate:Flexible - Hybrid (3 days in the office)
Location:Toronto, Ontario
Contract Length:6 Months
Responsibilities5+ years of experience in business analysis in large organizations
BA/BS in Business Administration, Project Management or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
Excellent oral and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to work independently with a high-level of self-direction
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, customers and other IT Personnel
Ability to effectively facilitate meetings that are tailored to the audience
Ability to perform option analysis and trend analysis
Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability in IT analysis methodologies (e.g., process flow diagram)
Advanced proficiency using various Microsoft Office desktop products
