Business Analyst (SaaS / Digital Transformation) – Singapore
We are looking for a dynamic Business Analyst to join our team in a client‑facing consulting role, driving transformation across SaaS and digital platforms .
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops, capture requirements, and map user journeys
- Translate business needs into Agile user stories & product backlogs
- Drive end‑to‑end delivery: Discovery → Design → Build → Test → Implementation
- Leverage AI & automation to enhance business processesAct as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams
Requirements
- 4–8 years of Business Analyst / Consulting experience
