**Preferred location is Reading, PA, Greensburg, PA or Fairmont, WV. The successful candidate should reside within FirstEnergy’s territory in PA or WV.**

This position is part of the Human Services Energy Conservation Department and reports directly to the Department Supervisor. The department manages Pennsylvania’s WARM Program and New Jersey’s Comfort Partners Program, which provide energy efficiency services to income-eligible customers. The team works with contracted service providers to deliver energy audits and implement cost-effective measures that reduce energy usage, lower utility costs, and improve home energy efficiency.
