Role Overview

WFS is expanding into MSME financing, a new revenue stream. This role exists to create, structure and launch a profitable MSME financing product from scratch, including unit economics, risk rules, and operational flow, so that once live, a business lead can scale it.

Core Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end MSME financing product: underwriting rules, credit limits, pricing, tenure, and repayment models
• Define unit economics & contribution margin targets for the product
• Collaborate with Sharia, Tech & Ops to build systems and flows for loan origination, disbursement, and collections
• Work with Sharia, Risk & Compliance to embed credit & regulatory safeguards
